Referral Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Som Sleep Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

2. Referral Reward

Referrers will receive a $10 discount code toward their next order for each eligible referral.

• Each code is valid for one-time use and cannot be combined or stacked with other referral rewards or discount codes.
• For example, multiple rewards cannot be combined to create a larger discount (e.g., $20 off from 2 referrals).
• If your friend’s order is canceled prior to fulfillment, the referral discount will be void, and no reward will be issued.

3. Friend Reward

Referred friends will receive a $10 discount on their first order when they sign up through the referral link and complete a qualifying purchase.

• The friend reward is only valid for new customers and cannot be applied to existing or returning customers.

4. Restrictions

• Orders with a total price of $0 are not eligible.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Referrals from the same IP address as the referrer will not qualify.

5. Limits

Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Referral codes may not be posted on coupon or any 3rd party sites or used in any misleading way.

6. Fraud & Abuse

Som Friends, Inc. reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we detect suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

7. Changes & Termination

Som Friends, Inc. may modify or end the referral program at any time without notice. All earned but unredeemed rewards will remain valid for 90 days from the issue date unless otherwise specified.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and our general terms of service and privacy policy.
