Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions. This cancellation policy explains how changes or cancellations are handled for each type of purchase.

One-Time Purchases

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. However, if you email us at orders@getsom.com right away, weโ€™ll do our best to help.

If weโ€™re able to redirect it, weโ€™ll refund your order minus a $10 fee per case to cover re-routing, shipping, and handling costs.

If the shipmentย cannot be redirected, youโ€™ll need to wait for it to arrive and then send it back to us. Please note that return shipping is not covered.

If your order has already shipped, weโ€™ll attempt to contact the shipping carrier to have it returned to us.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each subscription cycle, based on your selected delivery frequency. This charge includes the cost of the product plus shipping and handling.

By entering your payment details at checkout, you authorize us to securely process recurring payments through services such as Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal.

Please keep your payment and shipping information up to date.

  • We are not responsible for missed or lost shipments due to outdated or incorrect addresses.

  • In the event of a payment failure, we will attempt to retry the charge. Continued failure may result in your subscription being suspended or canceled.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting orders@getsom.com.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellation requests must be received before your next renewal date.

  • Orders that have already been billed and processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made after renewal will take effect for the following subscription cycle.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscriptions at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. You will be notified if any changes affect your subscription.
