Will Som Sleep make me groggy?
Som Sleep is formulated to support sleep so you can wake up refreshed,* without DPH (diphenhydramine), a common cause of next-day grogginess in many sleep aids. We also use a targeted 3 mg melatonin dose instead of the higher amounts used in some products. For best results, take Som Sleep about 30 minutes before bed and allow 7–8 hours for sleep.

Can I drink Som Sleep every night?
Som Sleep is drug-free, non-habit forming, and formulated for use as part of a consistent bedtime routine. Many people incorporate it regularly into their evening ritual, whether that’s every night or as needed.
Is it okay to mix Som Sleep with alcohol or medication?
We do not recommend mixing Som Sleep with alcohol or medication. If you have any questions about adding Som Sleep to your routine, consult your doctor.
Who can drink Som Sleep?
Som Sleep is intended for adults. If you are taking medication, pregnant, or nursing, consult your doctor before use.
Is Som Sleep habit forming?
Som Sleep is non-habit forming and made to support a consistent bedtime routine, not to act like a sedative sleep medication.
Is Som Sleep vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free?
Yes. Som Sleep is formulated to be vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free.
Is Som Sleep a supplement or a sleep medication?
Som Sleep is a dietary supplement, not a prescription or over-the-counter sleep medication.
Does Som Sleep contain DPH?
No. Som Sleep does not contain DPH (diphenhydramine), the sedating antihistamine found in many over-the-counter sleep aids.
Is Som Sleep keto-friendly?
Yes! Som Sleep Zero and our powdrs are keto-friendly. We designed it with a great
tasting, sugar-free sweetener system that will not raise your blood
sugar. Som Sleep Zero has 0 sugar and 0 net carbs. It’s also free from
dextrose, maltodextrin, and other carbohydrate-rich fillers.
Can I travel with Som Sleep stick packs?
Yes. Som Sleep stick packs are designed to be portable and travel-friendly. Just mix with water about 30 minutes before bed.
Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. For HI & AK, please allow 10-14 business days.
I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes. However, please send us an email to orders@getsom.com immediately and if your order hasn't left our warehouse just yet, we'll do our best to update your shipping address for you. Just keep in mind, we send a confirmation email right after you place your order, so make sure to double check all the details.
If your order has already been shipped out, we're unable to send another package or process a refund. In this case, you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can redirect it for you.
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, but please email orders@getsom.com and we’ll do our best to help.
If your order has already shipped, we can try to reroute it back to our warehouse. If successful, we’ll refund your order once it’s received back. A $10 fee applies for rerouting, shipping, and handling.
If rerouting isn’t possible, you can return the order once it arrives. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
If your order has been marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet,
don't worry! Just give it a little time, sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered, but they may not actually arrive until a few days later. If it still hasn't arrived after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at orders@getsom.com and we'll be happy to help figure it out.
My order arrived damaged.
If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at orders@getsom.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement headed your way.
Can I return the product for a refund?
We want you to love your sleep. If you aren't satisfied with your first order, simply email orders@getsom.com within 30 days and we will help you return the remaining product for a refund. It’s that simple.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at the moment, but who knows what the future may hold! Keep an eye out, we may have some exciting news to share soon.

How do I edit my shipping address or payment method?

How does the Som Sleep subscription work?
The subscription is a convenient way to save on your Som Sleep needs. By selecting the monthly subscription option, you'll save 10% on each shipment. If you have enough product on hand, you can skip shipments. Sign up once and never worry about running out of Som Sleep again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at orders@getsom.com. Or, log into your account and click “Manage Subscription” to skip a shipment, change your next order date, or cancel your subscription directly.
How do I cancel an order that's processed?
If an order has already been processed, we are unable to edit or cancel it. We recommend making any subscription updates at least 24 hours before your order processing date. You can change your upcoming order in your Account.
