Is Som Sleep carbonated?

If you are currently taking medication, are pregnant or nursing, it is important to consult with your doctor before using this product.

Will Som Sleep make me groggy?

Som Sleep is formulated without DPH (diphenhydramine), the drug commonly found in OTC sleep aids, that leaves you feeling groggy/hungover in the morning. And although the likelihood is very low, if you do experience grogginess with Som Sleep, it is typically because your body didn't get adequate sleep. That is why we recommend drinking Som Sleep when you can commit to at least 7-8 hours of sleep.

How much melatonin does Som Sleep have?

Som Sleep contains 3mg of melatonin.

When should I drink Som Sleep?

Drink Som Sleep 30 minutes before bedtime, ensuring you have at least 7-8 hours for sleep.

Can I drink Som Sleep every night?

Som Sleep is drug-free and non-habit forming. We specifically developed it to be safe for nightly use.

Is Som Sleep keto-friendly?

Yes! Som Sleep Zero and our powdrs are keto-friendly. We designed it with a great
tasting, sugar-free sweetener system that will not raise your blood
sugar. Som Sleep Zero has 0 sugar and 0 net carbs. It’s also free from
dextrose, maltodextrin, and other carbohydrate-rich fillers.

Is it okay to mix Som Sleep with alcohol and/or medication?

We do not recommend mixing Som Sleep with alcohol and/or medication. If you have any concerns about incorporating Som Sleep into your routine, consult with your doctor.

Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. For HI & AK, please allow 10-14 business days.

I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes. However, please send us an email to orders@getsom.com immediately and if your order hasn't left our warehouse just yet, we'll do our best to update your shipping address for you. Just keep in mind, we send a confirmation email right after you place your order, so make sure to double check all the details.

If your order has already been shipped out, we're unable to send another package or process a refund. In this case, you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can redirect it for you.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please email orders@getsom.com immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

If your order has already shipped, we'll get in touch with the shipping carrier to see if we can redirect it back to us. In case it's possible, we'll refund your order with a deduction of $10 fee (per case) for re-routing, shipping, and handling.

If the shipment can't be redirected, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it. Just a heads up, we don't cover the cost of shipping to send it back to our warehouse.

My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

If your order has been marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet,
don't worry! Just give it a little time, sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered, but they may not actually arrive until a few days later. If it still hasn't arrived after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at orders@getsom.com and we'll be happy to help figure it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at the moment, but who knows what the future may hold! Keep an eye out, we may have some exciting news to share soon.

My order arrived damaged.

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at orders@getsom.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement headed your way.

Can I return the product for a refund?

Due to safety policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the
unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact
orders@getsom.com within 7 days of delivery for replacement. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect your package as soon as your it arrives. If you have encountered a quality issue with your product, please take a photo or take note of the numbers on the bottom of the can so we can find the lot number of product you have received. We will handle refunds on a case by case basis.

How do I edit my shipping address or payment method?

How does the Som Sleep subscription work?

The subscription is a convenient way to save on your Som Sleep needs. By selecting the monthly subscription option, you'll save 10% on each shipment. If you have enough product on hand, you can skip shipments. Sign up once and never worry about running out of Som Sleep again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go, but you can cancel at any time by emailing
orders@getsom.com. You can also log into your account and click "Manage Subscription" to skip a shipment, or change the date of your next shipment.

How do I cancel an order that's processed?

If an order has already been processed, we are unable to edit or cancel it. We recommend making any subscription updates at least 24 hours before your order processing date. You can change your upcoming order in your Account.
