The Som Sleep Guarantee We want you to get the best rest possible. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your first order of Som Sleep, we’re here to help make it right.

First-Time Order Guarantee We offer a refund on your first order, limited to one use per customer. To qualify, please return the product within 30 days of purchase. Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping, handling, and protection fees are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Merchandise & Wearables All sales on wearable merchandise are final.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please snap a clear photo and email orders@getsom.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number so we can speed up your replacement.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact orders@getsom.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your number, clearly write it on the outside of your return package and ship it back with tracking. Ensure the return reaches us within 15 days of receiving your RMA number, as returns without one may not be eligible for a refund.
