We’re taking a nod from The Better Sleep Council this month to spread the word about the critical relationship between your sleep, your health, and your quality of life. Why, you ask? Only 10% of American adults prioritize sleep over other aspects of their daily life. That's it. As you might suspect, this is one (of many) reasons why approximately 221.4 million individuals have trouble sleeping at least one night per week.
