Refunds and Replacements
If you’re not completely satisfied with Som Sleep, we’re here to help. Som Friends, Inc. stands behind our products and will work to make things right.
First-Time Order Refunds
We offer a refund for your first order, limited to one time per customer. To be eligible:
- Return the product within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping, handling, and parcel protection fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- A $4.95 Return Product Fee (RPF) applies to each return.
We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged Order
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact orders@getsom.com within 7 days of delivery for replacement. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend giving your package a quick once-over as soon as it arrives.
Be sure to include clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can process a replacement quickly.
Wearables
All sales on wearable merchandise are final.
How To Return:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing orders@getsom.com. Include your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request. If we’re unable to verify your purchase, we may ask for proof of purchase. This policy may be adjusted to comply with applicable state laws.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
- Make sure the return arrives within 15 days of receiving your RMA number.
Returns without an RMA number may not qualify for a refund.
